  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding holidays. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select. Here are our typical shipping methods:

  • International Shipping:
